We accept cash on delivery, Visa, and MasterCard. Only one card may be applied per order. IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED? Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. For COD you will be required to pay the courier person against delivery.

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?
This is likely happening because the billing address you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please make sure to double check that the billing address is correct, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services at an additional cost. You are welcome to include a handwritten gift message with your order by checking the box labeled THIS ORDER IS A GIFT during the SHIPPING METHOD step in the checkout process and entering your own personal message in the box provided.

WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATION AND WHEN IS IT OPEN?
Our studio is located on Worli Sea Face, Mumbai, India. We are open from 10:30 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. We meet here by appointment only.
ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP? All orders (except personalised orders) will ship from our facility in Mumbai, India within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Pesonalised orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. From there, it will take about 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered within India and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the location and our courier partners. Any orders placed on Sunday will not ship until Monday. HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? Please email our customer care team at email@example.com and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns. WHAT IS PAPERFIELDS’ RETURN POLICY? Unused and unopened orders in good condition may be exchanged with another product. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship the item back to us within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item(s) the product in exchange will be dispatched at an additional courier charges. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed. CAN MY RETURN BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE? The value of returned item can either be exchanged immediately for another product or a credit note can be issued after deducting the courier charges. This credit note will be valid for 3 months only from the date of issue.
